As described... The leg hook was removed. A roll bar was added to
prevent the motorized push stick from running too far forward. Also
possible is to use a less sensitive throttle.

It is like being a transformer, skating along normally and then
instantly becoming a powered vehicle.

without the leg hook, the push stick goes between my legs like a hobby
