Hi, I bought my daughter a pair of used Oxygen atv 3 inline skates to
learn on. They will be needing a new brake pad but I can not fine any on
the Internet. Is Oxygen still in business? Does anyone have any
recommendations as to where I could purchase them?

Time to buy her some new skates I guess. Rollerblade or K2 would
probably be your best bet for replacement brake pads.

I have some 104 mm Oxygen scooter wheels purchased from Toy Box a
few years ago. Using the first pair for my in-line skating trailer.

Good luck.

My best knowledge is that Oxygen does NOT exist....i had a pair of
Oxygens with pullout boots and couldn't find brakes for it. I think it
was an austian company like "mojo" but i am not positive on that

They were still putting out aggro skates a few years back ....but i
believe they went under as an aggro company as well

Mine were cool ...(i think they were caled AR8's....the brake....
actually had a part that rubbed the wheel because when you pressed on
it and it sort of levered and had a section that rubbed the rear
wheel...ingenius, but very hard to replace because of its odd shape and
mounting hardware(also it wore down the wheel a bit fast)

finding parts for old defunct companies is tough

there used to be a clearing house for old parts here in texas but it
shut down several years back

sorry....not a lot of help

fritz

try google searches for Inline skate parts or perhaps ask at
rollerbob.com

I think people should also post here about after maket brakes if the pads
aren't available. I don't use a brake, so I am not able to give any advice.

IV is reffering to add on brakes often made for speed skates, i believe.

That would fit her skates?

I guess the answer is clear enough by the lack of clarity.

That is the question John....IV is suggesting people may know sources
for after market skates and that might be helpful to this person/
